I'm looking to seperate emails in my opencart v2302 store and I looking to do it via SMTP
e.g.
contact@example.com for contact forms
sales@example.com for orders
I have been doing this with PHP mail for years but now its causing me too many issues with SPAM etc.. DMARC policys - I think this happens due to the way opencart handles the replyto when someone fills out the contact form.
I'm guessing I would have to hard code the password for each SMTP account also?.. any advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance
For example, you can create a "gateway address" and simply route all email requests to desired addresses. Otherwise you need to create a VQMod, which will use different email addresses for different situations.
Professional OpenCart extensions, support and custom work.

Well, some Mods on such already exist, and possibly, one of them could
be made to match your requirements.
Good Luck!
