Not Able to find Payments under Extension tab in Opencart Admin Panel

I am setting up a website. I want to set up direct bank transfer and payment gateways for customers to pay at checkout and remove cash on delivery option. But I am not able to find how to do it. I googled and found there is supposed to be a payments option under extensions, but Its missing in my admin panel. Please see pictures. Please help me!! I am a complete newbie to Opencart and not familiar with coding!

In OpenCart 2.3 or later, you need to go to Extensions > Extensions, and then choose from the dropdown list for the type of extensions you want to see. It's an extra step from older versions, so it's a bit of a pain, but you should see it once you navigate to that area.
