Well, probably yes, but most Shop Users would not share their hard-earned
Knowledge on such, by Nature of Things. And most likely no-one would buy,
what's available, just to tell others about.
In addition, it's not only the OC Software, it's also the Installation itself, and it
heavy depends on the Server as well, so, there is no 'common' answer on such.
Good Luck! ;)

I use MaxMind, and it can be useful. OpenCart sends the order data to them and they return a fraud score from 0 to 100, and you can then choose which order status gets assigned for scores over a certain value. This helps mark potentially fraudulent orders, and you can then manually review them to see if they look fake (e.g. mismatching shipping/billing addresses).

I haven't used FraudLabs before, but I believe it works similarly.

thanks for that i have set up fraud labs you get 500 free checks i might take a look at the other one after ive been hit on a few sites i sell on seperatly to my site recntly but spotted mismatched addresses but it is going to be harder to spot when it not uk based so selling worldwide is a good thing but a bigger worry so steps have to be taken.

You can create validation rules to filter those UK or non-UK to facilitate you from the validation. You can read this article to learn more about the validation rules: https://www.fraudlabspro.com/resources/ ... ion-rules/
