Hello!
The products and categories on the site have a lot of takes. When you go to the product or category page, its URL without a category path. And if we follow through categories to the product, then it has URL categories. Same with child categories.
How to fix it? Is there a solution for version 3?

No exact OC version posted, no URL posted, no information about a custom theme or default theme with posted URL posted.

If the issue originates from the admin, any screenshots you could post regarding the reported issue and with the exact OC version you are using?

OC: Version 3.0.2.0 (trs-3.0.2.0)
If you go from the home page from the Featured (For example) block, then we will see the following URL: site.com/product_name
if you go category_1 and next category_2 and next product, we will see the following URL: site.com/category_1/category_2/product_name
Thus, for search engines, the product has two URLs. But there must be one. I want it to be the second URL I listed.
I'm an administrator and I understand programming. If you can tell where you can change this, I will be grateful.

Disable your SEO extension and see if the problem can be replicated without it.

Disable it and see if you can reproduce this issue.

But why? It is disabled in the following path Settings -> Site -> Server
Then all URLs will look like site.com/index.php?route=...
Then of course there will not be duplicates, but I do not need it and search engines too.

If the issue does not get reproduced after disabling the SEO links from the core, then I would suggest to use an SEO extension from the marketplace which countless of them are working perfectly already.

Unfortunately I'm not there for free. But I've already changed the modifier from version 2.3 to my version. It seems to work as it should. I will check the performance for a long time.
Thank you for attention.
