Product Options Disappearing

Greetings. I am having an issue with my options disappearing when I get so many on a product. Each option might have 1-30 different options. Does anyone know any issues regarding this and how to remedy it? I am currently running 1.5.6.4.

I really need to get this fixed even if it means upgrading to a newer version. This problem has me dead in the water. It is very strange. I am running the vanilla option sets.

Is it possible that this is a theme related issue?

Any help you can give me will be GREATLY appreciated. I am unemployed and I need to get this website up and running!

its a ph problem.
try to increase php_value max_input_vars 1000
set it to 1000000 or so.
Now you can only have a 1000 options.
If increasing does not help, ask your hoster to increase value as it might be limited and not affected by php.ini.
