Paypal "Credit" Integration

Is there an extension for Opencart 3 to allow the use of the Paypal Credit option that allows 4 month interest free credit on items purchased through paypal?
As an example here. https://www.ebuyer.com/finance

The link works myside its an electronic shop, that utilises PayPal credit.
