When a customer clicks on 'returning customer' in checkout (default theme) they are just taken back to the shopiing basket - customer details are not looked up. (e.g. www.carmichaelsvaping.com ; customer = test@carmichaelsvaping.com ; password = password)
Anyone any ideas?

Followed are two reasons on why a customer may get redirected to the cart page from checkout:

- There are no products in the cart and there are no vouchers being found
or
- There are no stock being found on the found and the stock option has not been configured from the admin - > system - > settings - > edit settings page.

Thought of that already, the 'Stock Checkout' is set to yes.. happens to all existing customers whether the product is in stock or not.

Although, the rest of the features from my previous reply have not been covered on your previous reply as they may also need to be verified since all these conditions applies as well.

Yep definitely products in the cart, not sure what you mean by vouchers, we don't use vouchers. Are you saying that a voucher must be configured even if they are never used?

Not necessary to configure any vouchers if you don't need them. This feature was implied on my previous reply in case you'd use them since Opencart does track it inclusively as one of the possibilities. As for the shopping cart page, ensure that your return action entries do not reflect on anything for the shopping cart page if you don't need them from the admin-end of Opencart.
