Concurrent promotion plug-in

Hi,

Presently running on opencart 2.2 with Journal 2. We have a all year round 10% off code for all new customers. We would like to include another promotion via Facebook for only 1 product at a promotional price and limited to 100 in quantity. Is there a plugin whereby a single new customer cannot enjoy both benefits? Meaning to say, customer driven from Facebook can purchase the mentioned product at a discounted price but the 10% discount code cannot be apply. Same for the new customers, whereby they can only enjoy the 10% discount upon using the code but will not be able to enjoy the discounted price for the mentioned product?
