save unfinished orders

Is it possible to enable unfinished orders?
After somebody add the product in cart and goes to checkout but it close the page

You can filter order list and see missing orders in opencart2.x (attached image)

I also have a free extension about this:

default opencart 2 doesn't seem to save them under missing orders
not sure if it saves them only after redirect to PayPal
