Products with unique option-numbers

I do have a client who wants to have multiple products, with multiple options. That's no problem.

But this options of the products, must have unique 'option-numbers'. Mostly it's one product with some options like M,XL,XXL with the same productnumber. But now we want this M,XL and XXL to have unique numbers.

Is there anyone who knows how to do this?

SInce they dropped the Product Tags in the Extension Section, it's
a plain Gamble, to find anything. :crazy:
