Large Files for digital download

I have some digital mp4 files that are close to 1.5GB in size. It's not practical to change PHP settings for that size.
I have OpenCart 3.x.

Is there a way to add large files to OC 3.x ?
Is there a module to allow this ?
Will users have problems downloading ?

Hey all!

I'm in the same boat, trying to upload ~150mb pdfs but it's taking forever and they fail each time stating "Upload required!". I can't find any help on how to upload them either via FTP or fix the Downloads section to let me upload them. Anyone got a solution yet?
