I have a couple of questions related to the email that is sent to the customer after an order is placed:
When I place an order on the site, I receive an email with the subject saying "Company Name - Order 76", is it possible to remove the order number from the subject? can I customize the subject line?
In the body of the order email, I would like to know if I can change the logo and message that appears above the order info? Can I customize the appearance of the email overall?
I was told that the file responsible for success page is located in catalog/view/theme/journal2/template/common/success.tpl, but I don't see a way to edit the text message. How can I edit the text on the successful order page?

1. I would like to know if anyone knows how to change the email address the order email is sent from? I thought it was associated with the admin account, but I updated the email address and did another test purchase, and the email address of the sender has not changed.
2. Also, if it is possible to change the image embedded in the body of the order email?
