OC 3.0.1.2 break Unicode Characters. Please help me.

I am trying to test Unicode Characters (Vietnamese) on OC 3.0.1.2. I encountered a problem when they did not display the correct characters.

Here is my test run sequence:
- Install new OC
- Go to the store, order the iPhone
- Select Register Checkout, fill in information with Unicode characters (Vietnamese characters)
- Enter the account that I just registered, review my order history

I also try again for OC 2.x (2.0.3.2) with the same sequence as above, things are very good, no font error occurs.
Please help me to fix this.
