Hi,
I am currently testing the ordering process in our 2.3.0.2 system using a sandbox PayPal account.
I am ordering a product with a download. After payment the state is set to "complete". But no downloads will appear.
In the product settings, there is a download though.
What did I wrong?
Thanks for help!
P.S: Is the actual download file required to exist on the server? Currently we only have download entries in the database (due shop conversion) and later want to put in all the binary files...
Hi!
So, did you upload a file (through OpenCart) and added it to the product? In the product settings, there is a download though.
Is the actual download file required to exist on the server?
I used to have that problem. I ended up setting all digital purchases to "pending" instead of complete. After payment the state is set to "complete"

Did it work after you changed to pending? Do you manually accept all?rjcalifornia wrote: ↑Fri Apr 21, 2017 12:49 pmHi!

I don't manually accept them. What the pending does (at least for me) is allow the buyer to download the product and also lets him download it anytime the user wants, not just one time.scottyboyyy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 21, 2017 7:10 pmDid it work after you changed to pending? Do you manually accept all?
