Need vQmod for custom checkout field

I need some estimates for creating a vqmod for OC 2.3.0.2/Journal2 Quick Checkout that does the following:
Adds a section title to the Quick Checkout page called Order Information
Adds a custom field under that section called PO Number
The custom field would be specific for that order so it needs to show up on the order history, order emails etc.
It must be a vqmod so that I can update Journal without losing this feature.

Hello Linda,

Should that custom field be validated against any rules ? For e.g like only number or alphanumeric etc ?

No, it doesn't need to be validated.
