2.3.0.2 Vouchers in multi currency displaying wrong value on checkout

Gift Cards / Vouchers are not function properly on check out, the payment is correct but the name of the gift card is 166.66 CAD when it should be 125.00 CAD, The stores default currency is USD but i force everybody in Canada to CAD automatically.
