Hello, this is bugging me: My orders (only had a few, but...) are coming in with the Status logged as 'Complete'. I have set the status to 'Processing' in the Settings, but still new orders are 'Complete'. Attached screenshot of my settings. I think a new order status should be 'Processing' - or am I wrong?

Any suggestions, please?

This is controlled by your payment. The one in the settings is the "default" state but the one that gets set on successful payment is the one you configured within your payment configuration.

Just to be sure, are you saying that the 'complete' state is referring to the payment, so as it is, it's correct?

correct once payment is recieved order status is chenged to complete.
add extra order status under configuration localisation order status and add something like payment recieved, and any status you like, to make order processing more detailed.

now change in payment processor status to payment received and that will show up when a succesfull order is placed.
