how to remove pop-up message

Greetings,

I have created a pop-up message early Jan 2017 and now I want to remove it but I have forgotten how I did it in order to undo it. Please refer to the pop-up message window on my site: www.citipointhotel.com/v2

Note: No extension was added.
I have searched in index.php it is not in there either.

Please help me

Did you edit any core file or a theme?
