UK based help required on existing Opencart project....

Hi,

I have a project that isn't quite working correctly.
A quick synopsis is that the site only sells to certain postcodes within a set radius however this functionality isn't working. Everything else is fine.
Can anyone help with this, I've been let down by the person that started this project.
