File Edits Not Showing product.tpl Coseyone

I'm using OpenCart 1.5.6.4

I have edited catalog/view/theme/coseyone/template/product.tpl but the page does not display the updated file.

I cleared the VQMod cache, vqmod/checked.cache, vqmod/mods.cache, vqcache, and system/cache and the page still won't display the edits to the file.

I checked the cPanel to make sure the file was actually updated on the server and it is. Why isn't the page displaying the edits on the file?

Check The File Permission plz . May Be Possible You do Not Have A Permission For Edit The File
