Order Total + Counter

I want to have a counter increment for order esp for bank transfer..

so the order total will have counter unique,

any idea to implement this?

Where would this counter be showed on the admin end and for what purpose? Also, for which OC version?

both side, so we know if 2 person buy with same value ($100), one will get $100.001 and the other $100.002

I see ... how would this be considered by the customer who saw the specific price for the product and the price would have to increase on the stock level ... ?

The related payment processing support team could dispute this strategy if the customer reports this overprice issue. 1-2 may slightly be noticed but if 10 more people decides to buy, it could be highly noticed unless these prices would be automatically played by different time period but same price for everyone ...
