NEED HELP FOR INSTALLING!

Hey all,
Im very new at this, and i was wandering if anyone could help me,
i am on the final page of the configuration installation, it is asking me for the database host etc. Can anyone help me with what is the database host, etc?

put " localhost" in database host and check.
