Twitter interface for v1.3.2
Twitter interface adds a new tab to the top menu with two menu options one for settings and one for message posting.
Requires a twitter account and a bit.ly account. http://bit.ly used as the url shortening service as twitter will not accept links over 30 characters.
Also shows the last ten posts in twitter giving you the option to delete a post.
Uses a third party library that is GNU Lesser General Public License. (apologies in contribution wrongly put down as GPL). Also requires curl library in php(5.2)
Added this to the top menu so is easily accessible to create daily posts.
