Default is set according to the template. may need to re-edit for custom template

1. Do users have to be logged in to submit tickets?

2. Can tickets be tied to order numbers if related to ticket contents?

3. Can staff create a ticket and send it out to user/customer?

4. Does this system retrieve email and convert it into a ticket, or does customer have to come back to site and enter their reply?

Any plans to tie tickets to order numbers? So that order history also contains related ticket history?

great extension.
if i may suggest:
1- change the edit next to the ticket in admincp to "view"
2- add "Tickets waiting reply" in admin dashboard below "Affiliates Awaiting Approval"
3- hook a client's orders in the form as a dropdown menu showing all his orders to choose from.

I tried to "Install Support" but it says

Permission Denied!
You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

HELP?

System->User->User Groups->Edit -> All select checkbox and install try again

Assure to be under the right group name when assigning full permissions as such.

It seems to be flexible for most users already.

The difference is that there are two distributed and mentioned versions on this topic as your previous short response didn't made it obvious on which contribution you were relying to.

If someone made the ticketsystem ready for guest enquiry I would like to know. I'll try to integrate a FAQ myself when i have the time.
