Opencart Integrated Activation Key Sender via Email

I need a new software/extension that is to be used on Opencart for my website.
The extension (as I will call it for simplifying), must be able to sync with the orders that come through a specific category on my website; http://www.store.gameagency.co.uk.
If the correct order is placed, the extension must be able to find an unused text file or unused image file (depending on what is available - both must be usable if needs be) that contains an activation key to activate PC games online. It must be able to sync with the order list and find the customer's name and email address and will send them an email directed to them personally (by adding their name on the top of the email) that contains an attached image or text file. This sending process must be delayed for 15 minutes before sending the code for security purposes. Also, for certain games there will be an additional text file which will have instruction to install the key.
NOTE: The image files will be separate images but the text file will be in notepad format and each key will be on their own line. The software must be able to pick out an UNUSED key and send it. Then it must classify that key as used so that it will not be used again. Same with the image files. The software must find an UNUSED image file and send it, then it must classify that image as used so that it may not be used again. There is a different text file for each game and each file contains from 10-1000+ keys.
There must be an area where I will be able to upload new keys into their specific games. Each game must have a separate database so that all the keys are separate for each game and they don't get mixed together.
It must be an automated system that works 24 hours a day, everyday.
If the keys are not available it must send the customer an email telling them that it is currently out of stock and will be back soon.

I think the only thing close to what you are wanting is my serial key module, however it currently only accepts text based keys
