Shipping Option Problems?

Can anyone help?
I have a website, http://www.i-drone.me, which i set up with a friend. However, i keep getting my customers saying that there are "no shipping options" and they can't complete to checkout?
Can anyone shed any light on this, as I'm losing customers due to this not working? I have checked the account details of the customers and all seems correctly filled in, it's really annoying?

what shipping method are you using?

You must set up at least one shipping option for customers to check out.
In your Admin, go to EXTENSIONS - Shipping, then select at least one shipping option, even "Free shipping."
