Update errors 1.5.2.1. to 1.5.3.1. (please help)

I,ve just uploaded the new 1.5.3.1. OC files to updatee my cart but i've got the following errors:

Forget about the last two errors, as they are spin offs of the first.
The first error was addressed by Daniel here: viewtopic.php?t=65248
