I have signed a contract today to rent out an office.

after this i will hire some developers to give full time support in the forums and via email. They will also be doing marketing.

actually the office is small. i need to see how things progress. its one of the major things that has been lacking in opencart.

My 2 cents might not amount to a hill of beans, but I'll give it anyway. I would separate your development team from your support/marketing team. Maybe hire 1 or 2 full/part time developers and 1 or 2 full/part time customer service reps/marketers. These fields of work are very different and require different skill sets. No offense to anyone that can do both jobs well (and if you can you should apply to work with Daniel!), but from the developers i've encountered, only a few have had good customer service/marketing skills while the majority should have just stuck with what they're good at (developing).

I need to boost the amount of money opencart is making before hiring more than 2 developers. i'm thinking of putting quite a bit of money into marketing which should benefit the extension sellers quite a bit. also going to add credit card option to the extension section instead of having just paypal. i think this will boost sales quite a lot.

trying to finish up 1.5.3 then i can start the credit card stuff myself
