Need medium/long term support for my OC

Hi, Im using 1.5.1, unfortunately I have about 50 or so extensions installed, not all of them utilized VQMOD back then so my core files are heavily altered by various developers and as expected now I'm at a phase where i'm unable to install new modules without them breaking something else somewhere, currently I have a couple of minor issues in the admin section of the site, nothing too serious, but I also have another module that I need to install.

What I'm looking for is someone who actually knows OC and understands how it works to help sort out these issues and moving on forward to help me install new extensions if needed, potentially maybe help me upgrade the entire installation to the latest version and re-install all the modules as VQMOD or something very clean (by now most of them are offered in VQMOD and I think that should be the ultimate goal).

If you can give me a price per hour to fix the current issues im faceing in 1.5.1 + a price for upgrading to the latest OC version that would be ideal.
