Change text in 'reward points' and 'return' emails

Hi Guys,

How can I change the text of the emails that are sent when reward points are added to account or when product is being returned under the return authorisation process? I can't find this text under any of the language phps.

No. I've already changed the files under language/English/Mail. This text is not there. Any other idea?
