Postby franklin » Thu Mar 22, 2012 4:04 am

This happen in OC-V1 (OC-1521)
When I try to use this option in admin thru Sales/Customers/IP Blacklist show me this message:

You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

I'm the administrator.

please help urgently.

1. when i am choosing sales-> customer -> IP blacklist it says
You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator.

2. and same thing is happenning when i am choosing systems -> user -> user or systems ->user ->usergroup.

formely 2 was working fine for me but when i chose system -> user ->usergroup -> top admin -> selected the checkbox for ipblacklist (modify permission) access it stopped working.

Now i am unable to add/edit users and even same for the top administrator

First Sorry my english is so-so

I found the solution

Perform the following steps

1. back up your database

2. Go to admin > system > users > user groups > Insert New Group "Example: Admin" select all fields and save.
Example:

3. Go to Database in PhpAdmin and find table "user_group"
Example:

4. Clic Exam and next clic edit New Group "Admin"
