Quotes please for upgrading 1.4.9.3 to 1.5x

I made this Opencart store: http://www.yodasbox.com and designed the theme for it.

It really needs upgrading to 1.5x but I don't have time to fix the design and sort out all the extensions, customisations and make the design/css the same as it was.
It might be better to do a fresh install as I'm getting mad error messages when an item is removed from the cart, when it leaves it empty.

Extensions I use are Google checkout, Category-Based Fee/Discount and a simple front page slider.

Could I get a rough idea of what this might cost please, by PM or comment? Thankyou!
