What I am trying accomplish:
Customer has 1-3 product models
The customer should see those product once they login and be able to ship the item from inventory. The customer has items and they ship it to their own clients). Each of the products need to have a Serial number (unique number) associated with a product. We can enter this information per order or have multiple items with unique number of the same model. So the inventory pool would keep a stock of different numbers but same model.

Customer should be able to see all the order history and view which product they placed an order for > Select mailing options. The order should generate an email for notifications at every step or status. Have the option to export the data to csv for orders placed.

The customer will have multiple user accounts for each account. One account should be able to place orders and ship it. The other account (support) should be able to request return (rma's )from the order history page. They would need to be able to search from a ship to or serial number (unique number) this way they know which system they need to Return (rma)

Is this possible?
