RoyalMail international shipment

i am trying to set up my international shipping rates. i have enable Airmail and Airsure, i have also listed EU countries in Geo zone areas so the cart can identify shipment rates. for some strange reason the cart doesnt recognizes it. i did a test checkout and an error message appears in shipping area during the checkout process.

how do i setup international shipment rates in both Airmail and airsure

Help please
