problem in Export/Import module

I want to load my spreadsheet, but leaves report on mistake
Uploaded file is not a valid spreadsheet file or its values are not in the expected formats!
Help me, please!

Are you using the latest Export/Import module? The latest version works for Opencart 1.2.7 and 1.2.8.

If you can't get it to work, PM me the login details of your Opencart admin panel, and I can try to fix it. Once fixed, you can always change your login details.
