SHIPPING OPTIONS

What is the easiest way to add shipping options to the cart? Such as:
- 3-5 day : 14.99
- Over night : 22.00
- Etc.
i've searched all over this board but can't find any solutions... any help?

you can use the weight based shipping for this.
create some geo zones called, 3-5 days, over night, etc..
the goto you your weight based shipping module and add the weights and costs.
