In your admin, Extensions - Order Totals, you can disable whichever of those options you dont want displayed.

Another thing, I would like to link the checkout button in the cart to /index.php?route=checkout/cart instead of index.php?route=checkout/checkout. Do you have any idea of where to fix this, and what lines/code to replace?

No not the link in the header but the link in the cart..
If you take a look at reghallare.se and put a product in the cart and then klick on the button "kassa" in the cart (in the header to the right - a drop down cart). I would like the customer come to the checkout/cart area (so if I have discountcodes they come to the right place).

ah now I understand, you meant the mini cart in the header.

If you just want to remove shipping estimator, go Extension > Order Totals > Shipping then disable 'Shipping Estimator' ... shipping will remain as long as it is not disabled.

I disabled the Shipping Estimate, Reward Points and Gift Voucher from the Order Totals section but they are still showing on the shopping cart page. Weird!
