Can I confirm that the ability to edit, add and remove products in an order will be returning in 1.5.1 ?

I imagine it's always going to be add, edit, remove since you can't edit or remove a non existent product.

The ONLY one who can confirm this is Daniel.

I see, however as there cannot be an order without any products, what I said would work.

Hello, I am trying the demo of the oc 1.5 and I can't find if it's possible to display the left or right column in the homepage.
What I really need is to display the categories of my products in the left column in the homepage. Is it possible and how will I do it?
Thanks.

Wish Lists

Postby Purebeads » Thu Jul 14, 2011 2:11 am

Is this the place to post upgrade requests? I haven't read every post in this thread -- at this point (14 pages), it would be very time-consuming.

The Wish List feature isn't transparent enough, in my view. In the wish list, I'd like to see a button that says "Move to Cart". As it is, you have to click Add to Cart and then delete it from the wish list in a separate step. Probably most of my customers will add it to the cart and then forget to delete it from the wish list.

In the cart, I'd like to see a "Move to Wish List" button. I sell small products, and each customer buys many of them. The ability to quickly move items back and forth is really needed.

The appearance of the new cart isn't appropriate for my products. Is it possible to set the new cart up like the old one, with categories on the left, Latest in the center, and a text box above Latest?

I hope that you'll continue to upgrade version 1.4.9 (to perfect that version and keep it secure) because I may not be upgrading to 1.5.

====================

One more thing: In the Demo cart, I can't modify the Latest module, so I don't know what it looks like. Does it still have 4 columns across, or are all the products stacked on top of each other? If the products are stacked on top of each other, that will be a problem for me because I need to pack as many products as I can into a small space.

This brings me to another point: The new layout is much more spread out than the old layout, and doesn't use space as efficiently. An efficient use of space is really important to give the cart a professional look.

Hello,
For the last week I have been trying to figure out how to remove the 'add to cart' button for certain products.
I know that their is a new design layout feature and maybe I am not understanding this correctly. If someone could please help I would be very appreciative!
Thank you.

Is that a new feature in 1.5? In earlier versions, you can't delete it.

I read how to do it on my old version 1.4.1.9. But 1.5 is different. There is a design>layout which is new, Im not really sure what that is for.
