Order Details - Shipping address is different from Payment

My two cents.

Being a live site owner, I see highlighting the Order details page when the Shipping address is different from Payment address helps lot to Identify the fraud order. Recently I received an order with the payment address in Wisconsin, US and shipping is a Frieght Forwarder Address, in Floarida, US. Upon verifying with my distributor, this turns out to be a fraud. if the order is not hightlighted, I would not have paid too much attention when processing the order.

Hope I will see this kind of feature in Open Cart.
