[0.7.9RC3] Language code must be greater than 2 bug, again

OK, I installed the latest version as recommended:

The old bug is fixed, but I have a new problem: While trying to set up a new language it tells me after putting "de" for the german code:  * Language Code must be greater than 2 and less than 5 characters! 

I can put as much characters and whatever I want, it tells me the same again. And in the country list there are only listed the first 20 countries.

Do you have any ideas what could be wrong now?

This was a bug that was fixed like 5 times now.. but i see it is still not fixed in the code. Now I will fix it.
