Discounts based on range of quantity ordered

I am looking to give discounts based on the number of a certain item in a person's cart.

1-10 = 19.95ea
11-19 = 18.75ea
etc

Etc. Does anything like this exist? Is anyone willing to code it? Needed ASAP.

This feature exists already in the admin area, go to Catalog -> Product, click "edit" for the product you want to edit, then go to "Discount", click "Add Discount". The Quantity text field defines the minimum number of items required in order to enable the price point you enter.

He needed it a bit more modified to display the end quantity and such...

Well if you do want discounts automatically applied automatically without having to set them up in admin area at each price point I can code that for you, just PM me.
