Opencart Setup Help Needed !!

Guys,

I have a basic new website... but i need to set up worldwide languages and also currencies... updateable rates would be good.

also i need to sort out shipping costs etc as noting is working at the moment !

I'm new to this, and am out of my comfort zone......

Ideally i want to pay someone who can quickly fix these issues so we are up and running asap.
