Make my category menu more readable

Currently the menu on the theme is very hard to read, id like some one to make it more readable, with also a more professional font, and not all capitals, but copys the way i have entered it as a title name already, Big case followed by Lower..

id also like the width so the text is all one line rather than stacked,
also the drop down when categories are highlighted id like rounded corners,

Also on mobile format, hard to see which category is selected, so would like it to show a diffirent colour or stand out that its the one selected also,
