need developer for Authorize ARB extension

We are looking for a developer to create an Authorize ARB extension for Opencart.

We need recurring billing (as a choice) for our products. Customer should be presented with choice to pay in full or payment plan. If payment plan is chosen – customer should be notified and billed automatically according to how the plan is set-up (i.e. 3 equal monthly payments)

Currently Opencart only seems to support PayPal express for recurring billing. (membership or subscription).
We need to implement ARB using Authorize.net
We are using: Opencart 2.3.02 with Shoppica 2 / burn engine 1.2.4 theme
