OC 2.2 No New Order Mail Received Both Customer & Admin

Hi,
I am using opencart 2.2 and shoppica theme from themeburn
i already test my website that my mail setting is correct by using:
1. contact us ( received email from website)
2.extension payment conformation (received alert from customer to notify payment)
3.order update (received email to my demo order)

I have reviewed the error.log and it is empty.
New Order Alert Mail is set to yes
