I've been trying all day to find a solution to remove index.php?route= on opencart 2.3.0.2 from the base URLs. My website is showing http://www.geekykings.com/index.php?route=account/login and I want it to be http://www.geekykings.com/account/login

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This is so tiresome :(

Thank you both for the response, I've already purchased a $15 dollar mod that was unsuccessful and the free one you posted P Deus also won't work. Possibly could be a hosting issue? Using x10hosting free at the moment while I setup shop. Does anyone know how to edit the core files themselves to remove the ugly index.php?route= altogether from the script without just modding it?

If someone can help me I'll send you $15 AUD via PayPal for the assistance.

You can try the extension I posted and we'll refund if it doesn't work.
