Update order statuses from CSV file

Hi,
We are looking for a developer to create a script for our trade website, which would update order statuses on uploading a csv file we have generated. Our Opencart site is 1.5.5.1, and we have a number of modules installed, along with a fair amount of customisation to the build, including the order management page, so would need a developer who is able to work with something a bit more bespoke than the standard version of Opencart.
I have uploaded a pdf outlining what is required, it would be great if someone could get in touch to quote for this.
