Despite multiple attempts to speak to HostJars through their ZenDesk support system an issue we have has not been resolved or responded to despite paying over $1,800 up front. Every now and then i get a response thanking me for my patience and a promise that if they don't complete the work we will get a refund.
As yet we have had neither.
This has been going on since June 2016 (8 months) and i think we have been patient enough.
If HostJars can't provide the service they have been paid for they should us refund immediately.
It was a mistake trusting HostJars it seems.
If anybody else is in communication with anyone from HostJars give them a shout for me.
¡ If anyone else is thinking of paying up front for custom work ... beware !
