Hi
For a client i'm looking for a system to manage his repairshop.

The workflow would be something like this:

1 customer selects the time he needs to have repaired (tv, radio, computer,...)
2 customer get the price for the investigation and pays this fee
3 customer sends in the defective product
4 repaircompany investigates and sends repaircost estimate to customer
5 customer can decide to accept or refuse the repair.
- in case of refusal defective product is sent back
- in case of acceptance the customer pays the invoice and product is repaired.

Does anyone have a suggestion for this?
