Needed:Paid modification(script, CSS style, design & XML)

Hi everybody!
i need someone who is familiar with the opencart script and modifying mods and also knows how to deal with the CSS style sheets designing and XML....
I need to make the following modifications in my website, anyone skilled and knows how to do these modifications please pm asap so we can discuss about the working fees and time....

1. I have opencart Version 2.1.0.2 installed
2. Added vqmod + multi merchants mod + mobile template
3. Installed Arabic (RTL) and English language

4. I have modified the following files and lines: (mobile theme)
I added the Logo and Currency and loging dropdown menu in this template
catalog/view/theme/mobile/template/common/header.tpl
BUT STILL NOT IN GOOD APPEARANCE need to be adjusted. (Design)

I need to add additional tab on the product’s page (only mobile theme) beside description and review tab call it seller information ( ms-sellerprofile description )

5. In the seller dashboard (default theme)
at the Quick navigation menu, I need to modify the width of this menu to fit the list. (and the mobile theme fix appearance)

I need to add the AVATAR to the top bar list,

7. In this page (new product) (Mobile theme)

I want to delete this bottom bar which contains (Wishlist, Add to cart, buy now, Cart) ONLY in this (add new product) page.
8. The slideshow in the front page and product’s page doesn’t show up when I change the language into Arabic language. Need to solve this.
9. The mobile browser scroll sidebar I need it to be in the left side when changing arabic language in mobile.
10. please check the speed of loading for the mobile theme, I think it’s a little bit slow.
11. Mobile theme: The seller profile page need to be good looking (design)
